Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

We ship our mats with FedEx Ground or occasionally with a LTL truck line. We strive to ship your order within three business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Our FedEx shipments do not require your signature. Your order will be left at your door.

Shipping is only available to the 48 lower US states. Customers in Alaska or Hawaii may refer to the Dealer Locator section to find our product.

After your order is picked up by the shipping company, it cannot be redirected or returned to Clearly Innovative.

After you receive your order, it may be returned if authorized by Clearly Innovative. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us. All returns require that the product be returned in its original packaging and must be authorized by Clearly Innovative.
